Utilization of Thermal Analysis Methods for Solidification Process Study in the Continuously Cast Slabs

Import 03/08/2012Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití metod termické analýzy při studiu procesu tuhnutí plynule litých bram. Na počátku je v práci provedena charakteristika procesu tuhnutí plynule litých bram se zaměřením na problematiku tuhnutí při jejím průchodu zařízením plynulého odlévání, popis odvodu tepla primární a sekundární zónou chlazení. V navazující části je popsán rozbor metod termické analýzy a jejich využitelnosti při studiu vysokoteplotních procesů probíhajících v oceli. Následně je v diplomové práci provedena analýza provozních a laboratorních dat získaných při experimentálním studiu procesu tuhnutí plynule litých bram. Pro analýzu provozních dat bylo v práci využito numerického modelu pro simulování provozních parametrů a výsledků termické analýzy oceli studované jakosti. Vliv jednotlivých parametrů a dosažené výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.The thesis is focused on the utilization of thermal analysis methods for solidification process study in the continuously cast slabs. A first step in this work is the characterization of the process of solidification continuously cast slabs with a focus on the issue of solidification when it is passing through the device continuously casting and heat removal in the primary and secondary cooling zone. The following section describes the analysis methods of thermal analysis, and their utilization in studying of high-temperature processes occurring in the steel. Consequently, an analysis of operational and laboratory data obtained during the experimental study of solidification process of continuously cast slabs is described in this thesis. In this work, data of a numerical model for simulating the operating parameters and results of thermal analysis of studied steel for the analysis of operational data were used. Parameters Influencing the Internal Quality of Microalloyed CC Slabs

Import 29/09/2010Bakalářská práce je zaměřena technologické parametry ovlivňující vnitřní kvalitu mikrolegovaných bram v průběhu odlévání oceli na zařízení plynulého odlévání. Nejprve je v práci provedena charakteristika mikrolegovaných ocelí se zaměřením na jejich chemické složení, rozdělení, průmyslové použití a základní popis technologie výroby. V navazující části jsou popsány jednotlivé parametry ovlivňující vnitřní kvalitu mikrolegovaných plynule litých bram. Mezi tyto parametry patří např. mezipánvová metalurgie, chemické složení oceli, licí rychlost, teplota odlévání, způsob chlazení apod. Vliv jednotlivých definovaných parametrů ovlivňujících vnitřní kvalitu bram je z dosažených výsledků shrnut v závěru práce.Bachelor thesis is focused on technological parameters affecting the internal quality of microalloyed CC slabs during the continuous casting. First, the characterization of micro-alloyed steel is made with a view to their chemical composition, distribution, industrial use and a basic description of production technology. In the following section, the various parameters affecting the internal quality of microalloyed continuously cast slabs are desribed. These parameters include for example: tundish metallurgy, chemical composition of steel, casting speed, temperature of the casting, cooling method, etc. The influence of defined parameters that affect the internal quality CC slabs is summarized from the results in the conclusion.618 - Katedra metalurgievýborn

Praktická část práce popisuje analýzu současného stavu zpracování kalkulací ve vybrané společnosti a následně přechází ke zhodnocení výsledku stávajícího stavu zpracování kalkulací v dané společnosti a stanovení návrhu na jeho zpřesnění.The thesis is focused on the calculation system of produced steel fibers which is used in selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the theoretical definition of costs and theoretical cost calculation. The practical part describes the analysis of the current state of processing of calculations in a selected company and then proceeds to evaluate results of evaluation of the current state. Evaluating Utility of Data Sources in a Large Parallel Czech-English Corpus CzEng 0.9

CzEng 0.9 is the third release of a large parallel corpus of Czech and English. For the current release, CzEng was extended by significant amount of texts from various types of sources, including parallel web pages, electronically available books and subtitles. This paper describes and evaluates filtering techniques employed in the process in order to avoid misaligned or otherwise damaged parallel sentences in the collection. We estimate the precision and recall of two sets of filters. The first set was used to process the data before their inclusion into CzEng. The filters from the second set were newly created to improve the filtering process for future releases of CzEng. Given the overall amount and variance of sources of the data, our experiments illustrate the utility of parallel data sources with respect to extractable parallel segments. As a similar behaviour can be expected for other language pairs, our results can be interpreted as guidelines indicating which sources should other researchers exploit first
